Please enter your established login credentials (valid email address and password you created during the registration process) and select “Sign in.”
After logging in you can then view your dashboard
Step #2: Creating a user
To view/create users, you can select “Organizations” on the lefthand side of your dashboard
This will take you to another dropdown menu where you will see three listed menu items:
Clients
MSPs
Vendors
To create a user within one of these entities (depending on what is needed), click on the related button. For example, let’s use the “Clients” button. Once selected, you will then be taken to the “Clients” page.
You will then select the client you would like to view by clicking on the specific client ID (this will be the same for vendors/MSPs as well)
At the top of this page, you will see a menu with listed tabs. One of these tabs you can select is “Users.” Click that tab to then be taken to the “Users” page, where you can view current users OR create new users.
Click on the “Create User” button in the top right-hand corner of this page.
Step #3: Filling out the create user template
Please fill out the create user template to the best of your ability, (make sure ALL asterisk sections are completed)
Once the create user template is filled out, you can then select “Create User” in the bottom right corner of your screen.
When the user has been created, you will then be taken back to the original “Users” page within the “Clients” page, where you can view your newly created user.
